Marc Borrelli is a business coach and Principal at Kaizen Solutions LLC. He has been coaching company CEOs to help them realize their best life by Scaling to Freedom. He has been helping clients with building growth companies, improving profitability, increasing cash flow, and improving performance for the past six years. Prior to that, he spent over 30 years working in the strategic planning and Merger and Acquisition arena.

Today he works with CEOs of companies with revenues ranging from $2MM to $100MM, helping them identify a path for growth and profitability. As an investment banker he has completed over 100 transactions with a combined value in excess of $3 billion, both as an advisor and as a principal.  In addition, Mr. Borrelli has extensive international experience managing and closing cross-border multi-party transactions in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia.

During his career Mr. Borrelli has worked for small businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies, including managing International M&A for Equifax, Inc. He has lived in Europe, South Africa and the US, and has worked in over 20 countries.

Marc is also the Chair of the International Business Society of the Technology Association of Georgia and is on the board of the Corporate Development Society of the Technology Association of Georgia.

Marc is a certified 7 Attributes of Agile Leadership Coach, and a Value Builder Coach. He obtained his BA from Reading University in England and his MBA and JD from Tulane University in New Orleans. In addition, he holds his Chartered Financial Analyst Charter.
